Biography
Ludovico Papalia is a PhD student with a particular focus on Blockchain technology.
His research interests are centered on the intersection between law and technology, especially on how blockchain technology can innovate legal frameworks and practices. His academic background includes an LL.M. in IT Law and Legal Informatics from the University of La Sapienza in Rome, where he graduated with honors, and a master's degree (Thesis in criminal law applied to legal informatics) in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
Ludovico's academic experience extends to participation in Erasmus programs at the University of Lapland, as well as involvement in numerous postgraduate courses throughout Europe in areas such as public and private law, programming, computer science, digital law, tax law, and legal information.
Ludovico is enrolled in the Joint Doctorate offered by the University of Bologna and the University of Camerino.
