The Dike Research Group is pleased to announce the IDEA Final Conference, entitled “Artificial Intelligence, Labour Law and Access to Justice”, which will take place on 21–22 October 2026 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
The conference will bring together scholars, legal practitioners and researchers to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in labour law and access to justice, with particular attention to the protection of workers’ rights, meaningful human oversight and the opportunities and challenges associated with AI-supported dispute resolution.
Through comparative legal perspectives, research findings and practical demonstrations, the event will provide an opportunity to discuss the outcomes of the IDEA Project, reflect on the legal and practical implications of AI applications in labour law, and explore future developments in digital justice.
