Francesco Avolio

Francesco Avolio is a Lawyer and PhD student with a particular focus on EU Company and Insolvency Law. His research interests are centered on Implementation of the EU preventive restructuring Directive.

His academic background includes his teaching as lecturer in EU law from the University of Naples Federico II, where he graduated with 110/110. 

Francesco's academic experience extends to participation in CREA and SCAN programs with the VUB University and with European Lawyers Association, as well as involvement in ELI European Law Institute projects and as council Member and also in numerous postgraduate courses throughout Europe in areas such as Eu Company and insolvency law and with Consiglio Nazionale Forense in Italy. 

Francesco is enrolled in the Doctorate offered by the University of Universitas Mercatorum of Rome, Italy.
