The CREA3 Consortium is pleased to announce that the full video recording of the CREA3 Final Conference – Conflict Resolution with Equitative Algorithms, held in Naples on 24–25 September 2026, is now available on YouTube.
The conference marked the culmination of the EU-funded CREA3 project, bringing together academics, legal practitioners, researchers and experts from different disciplines to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence in justice and dispute resolution.
Over two days, the conference explored key issues concerning AI-assisted family justice, digitalisation of judicial procedures, access to justice, procedural fairness, vulnerability, fundamental rights and human-centred AI.
Particular attention was devoted to presenting and discussing the main research findings and technological developments of the CREA3 project, including the CREA3 platform and its AI-assisted tools designed to support the resolution of family disputes.
The discussions also addressed the broader legal, ethical and societal implications of integrating AI into justice systems, highlighting the importance of developing technological solutions that promote accessibility, transparency, fairness and respect for fundamental rights.
The full recording offers an opportunity to revisit the presentations and discussions and provides a valuable resource for researchers, legal professionals, policymakers and anyone interested in AI and law, digital justice, alternative dispute resolution and the future of justice in the European Union.
