We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Final Conference of the CREA3 Project – Conflict Resolution with Equitative Algorithms 3, taking place on 24–25 September 2026 in Naples, Italy.
The conference will bring together researchers, judges, legal practitioners, policymakers, technology experts and civil society representatives to discuss the future of digital family justice in Europe and to present the scientific and technological results developed within the CREA³ project.
The Conference welcomes contributions addressing, among others, the following topics:
- Predictive justice, AI-assisted decision-making and game-theoretical algorithms in family law
- Digitalisation of national and cross-border family justice
- Legal chatbots, intelligent assistance systems and computational legal analysis
- Blockchain, electronic signatures, digital identity, secure evidence and trust services
- Videoconferencing and remote family hearings
- Interoperability, harmonisation and implementation of EU rules on digital judicial cooperation
- Human-centred AI, fundamental rights, transparency, accountability and procedural fairness
- Digital inclusion, accessibility and human-centred design for vulnerable users
- Comparative perspectives on digital family justice
Early-career researchers are especially encouraged to submit their work and will receive feedback from the Scientific Committee.
