Egidia Cirillo

Egidia Cirillo is a visiting researcher at the DIKE Research Group of Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Ph.D. candidate in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Naples "Federico II".
As a computer engineer, she specializes in developing AI-driven solutions, with a focus on deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
She has played a key role in several European research projects, including CREA3 and IDEA, where she designed generative AI models to support conflict resolution.
She holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Naples "Federico II", where she applied deep learning techniques to real-world challenges such as early disease detection and AI-powered decision support systems.
