The CREA3 Consortium is pleased to announce the publication of the CREA3 Platform Video Tutorial, providing a step-by-step overview of the platform developed within the EU-funded CREA3 project (Conflict Resolution with Equitative Algorithms).
The CREA3 platform is an online dispute resolution (ODR) tool designed to support parties involved in cross-border civil disputes. By combining digital technologies, AI-assisted functionalities, and a user-centred approach, the platform aims to facilitate dispute resolution processes while promoting accessibility, transparency, and user participation.
The video tutorial introduces the platform's main features and functionalities, illustrating how users can navigate the system and engage in the different stages of the dispute resolution process.
In particular, the tutorial demonstrates:
- Platform access and navigation: How users can access and navigate the platform, including its accessibility features.
- Dispute initiation and management: How to initiate and manage a dispute through a structured negotiation process.
- Negotiation and mediation: How parties can express their preferences, review proposed solutions, and participate in negotiation and mediation.
- AI-assisted functionalities: How conversational assistants and other interactive tools can support users throughout the dispute resolution process.
The tutorial is intended for researchers, legal professionals, practitioners, and other stakeholders interested in online dispute resolution and the role of emerging technologies in digital justice.
By providing a practical demonstration of the platform, the video contributes to the dissemination of CREA3's results and offers an opportunity to explore how digital technologies can be designed to support more accessible, transparent, and human-centred dispute resolution processes.
