Cosimo Palma

Cosimo Palma is a Ph.D. candidate in Private Comparative Law at the University of Sannio – Benevento (Italy). 

His research focuses on blockchain technology and smart contracts in the European legal area. He graduated in Law from the University of Napoli “Federico II”. Admitted to the Italian Bar, he practises as an Attorney-at-Law.  

His research stay in Brussels starts in April 2026 and ends in November 2026.
