The Final Conference of the DEUCE Project (Digitalising EU Cross-Border Enforcement for Consumers: Pathways to Effective Justice in the Digital Single Market) will take place on 19–20 February 2026, in Brussels and online. During this event, we will present the final findings and the results of the DEUCE project and delve into relevant topics, such as, algorithmic and digital enforcement, consumer remedies in the digital age, EU cross-border enforcement instruments, and the digitalisation of civil enforcement procedures, examined from both national and comparative perspectives.
The event will feature four thematic panels covering theoretical, regulatory, and practical dimensions of digital enforcement, with contributions from academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, consumer organisations, and representatives of EU institutions.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. You can register here.
