At the invitation of the Association of EU Data Protection Judges Association of European Data Protection Judges (aedpj.eu) and the European Law Academy ERA ERA – Academy of European Law, prof. Jachin Van Doninck spoke on issues of digitalisation of civil proceedings in a Belgian and European setting. Recent Belgian legislation and ECJ case law provided the backdrop. A wonderful exchange with judges from different EU jurisdictions ensued.
