DIKE team has just published on SCAN II website https://scan2.vub.be a roadmap, intended as an user-friendly way to show the national enforcement rules of the ESCP judgements in the 26 EU Member States.
It consists of a web application (accessible at: https://scan2.vub.be) that simulates a geographical map of member countries, with which the end user can interact in a user-friendly manner to obtain information regarding small claims procedures by selecting the EU member country of interest.
