In the Institutions for Conflict Resolution (COI) Conference held in Utrecht on the 28-29 September 2023, in a panel on Procedural Justice in Platform Complaint Procedures together with Elena Alina Ontanu, Eric Tjong Tjin Tai, Pietro Ortolani, and Anna van Duin, Prof. Marco Giacalone shared the results achieved by the SCAN2 project.
