DIgitalization and aCCEss to justice (DIKE) research group is pleased to announce the organisation of the International Conference on ‘Digitalization and Enforcement of Civil Decisions within the EU’ that will take place on 7 - 8 October, 2022 in Brussels.
Registration: Click here to register for the Conference
About this Conference:
When enforcing a judicial decision issued in another EU Member State, the digitization of the proceedings is an aspect of considerable importance. The EFFORTS project has shown that the digitization of EU enforcement proceedings ensures a better circulation of judicial decisions between the EU Member States. It allows more expeditious enforcement and, therefore, better access to justice. At this Conference, the DIgitalization and aCCEss to justice (DIKE) Research Unit will compare the results of the EFFORTS project with other experiences in the field of digitization.
Registration:
Participation at the Conference is free (no registration fee). However, the participants are expected to register online in advance and cover the costs of their travel and accommodation. Due to limited capacity of Conference room, participants will be admitted on first come (first registered) basis. The successful online registration shall be regarded as confirmation of admission. Online registration will be stopped when capacity limit will be reached.
